By accepting the Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet the foregoing age requirements. If you have not yet reached the age of eighteen (18), you must immediately discontinue use of and leave the Website.

2.2 The Company makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the legality of your access to or use of the Website, in particular where gambling activities are prohibited, restricted, regulated, or unregulated within your jurisdiction. It is your sole and exclusive responsibility to be aware of, understand, and comply with the laws and regulations of your country relating to online gambling and the use of the Website at all times. 2.4 In addition to the Excluded Jurisdictions listed above, certain software providers whose products are available on the Website may restrict or prohibit customers from specific jurisdictions from placing bets or using their software, as detailed in the section titled “Additional Territorial Restrictions” of these General Terms and Conditions. By accessing or using such software, you represent and warrant that you are not a resident of, nor located in, any jurisdiction subject to such restrictions.

3.1 In order to access and use the full functionality and services available on the Website, you are required to register and maintain a personal user account with the Website.

3.2 Your account on the Website must be registered exclusively in your own true, complete, and accurate name. Only one (1) account is permitted per individual, per household or residential address, per telephone number and/or email address, and per IP address. Any additional accounts created or used in breach of this rule shall be deemed “Duplicate Accounts.” You are strictly prohibited from creating or attempting to create a Duplicate Account, including through the use of false, misleading, or alternative personal details. In the event that you open or attempt to open one or more Duplicate Accounts, the Company reserves the right, without compensation, to close some or all such accounts and to impose one or more of the following measures:

• any and all actions carried out through a Duplicate Account shall be deemed null, void, and without legal effect;
• all bonuses, promotions, or special offers associated with a Duplicate Account shall be cancelled;
• any winnings generated through a Duplicate Account shall be forfeited; any withdrawals already processed shall be reversed and repaid to the Company;
• the Duplicate Account shall be permanently closed with no possibility of reinstatement.

3.3 You are obliged to keep your login credentials, including your username and password, strictly confidential and must not disclose them to any third party. You accept full responsibility for all actions, activities, and transactions carried out through your account. Any person accessing your account using valid login credentials shall be deemed to be acting on your behalf, and all transactions conducted shall be regarded as authorized by you. The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any third-party access to your account or for any losses arising from unauthorized use, all of which shall be treated as your own actions.

3.4 You are strictly prohibited from selling, transferring, assigning, or otherwise disposing of your account to any other person, and you must not purchase, receive, or acquire an account belonging to another individual. You acknowledge and agree that any such attempt shall be null and void and shall constitute a material breach of these General Terms and Conditions. This prohibition applies, without limitation, to the transfer of any assets of value whatsoever, including but not limited to account ownership, balances, winnings, deposits, bets, rights, and/or claims of any nature arising in connection therewith, whether legal, commercial, or otherwise. Such prohibited transfers include, without limitation, any form of encumbrance, pledge, assignment, usufruct, trade, brokerage, hypothecation, or gift, whether directly or indirectly, and whether involving a fiduciary or any third party, company, natural or legal person, foundation, or association, in any manner whatsoever.

3.5 It is strictly forbidden to use the login credentials, including the username and password, of any other person to gain access to the Website.

3.6 You are responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date. You must promptly notify the Company of any changes to your registration or personal details.

3.7 Account closure: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support via email at [email protected], subject to the following conditions:

• Your account may only be closed if it holds no remaining balance, whether positive or negative, and if there are no pending withdrawal requests.
• If you request account closure while your account has a positive balance and/or pending withdrawal requests, all funds remaining on the account shall be forfeited.

3.8 Self-exclusion request: You may submit a self-exclusion request by contacting customer support via email at [email protected], and the Company will assist you with closing your account. You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to inform the Company of any other accounts you may hold with us and to refrain from opening any new accounts thereafter. The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any losses incurred on other accounts. Furthermore, the Company accepts no liability for any losses or damages that may arise as a result of gambling activities.

3.9 The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse the opening of an account or to suspend or close an existing account at any time, without prior notice and without providing justification.

4.1 By registering an account on the Website and by accessing or using the Website, you represent and warrant that:

• you are acting solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• you are legally competent, of sound mind, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
• you do not suffer from a gambling addiction and you do not use the Website while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating or impairing substances;
• all data and information provided by you during the registration process is accurate, complete, and truthful, and you undertake to keep such information updated in the event of any changes;
• you fully acknowledge and accept that the use of our services involves financial risk and that you may incur monetary losses;
• you are not using funds derived from illegal activities or obtained from unlawful sources;
• you have not engaged in, and will not attempt to engage in, any form of collusion, whether directly or indirectly, with any other customer of the Website;
• any credit card, debit card, or other payment method used to fund your account is owned by you, has not been stolen, and has not been lost by any other person. The Company reserves the right to suspend or close your account and to void any winnings if there is reasonable suspicion that this warranty has been breached.

4.2 By registering an account on the Website, you further represent and warrant that you have not previously created another account and have not received any funds through an account registered in the name of another person.

4.3 By registering an account on the Website, you confirm and warrant that all information submitted by you in the registration form is true, accurate, and complete.

5.1 You are required to provide us with all information and documentation that we may reasonably request in order to administer your account, verify your identity, and/or confirm the lawful source of any funds deposited into your account. Such information and documentation may include, but is not limited to, duly certified identification documents, proof of residential address, proof of ownership and transaction histories relating to the payment methods used, including bank statements or credit/debit card statements, and similar materials.

5.2 We may, at our sole and absolute discretion, apply any additional procedures, measures, or methods that we consider appropriate to verify your identity, age, place of residence, and other relevant circumstances (KYC), both prior to and following the acceptance of deposits to your account and/or the processing of any withdrawal.

5.3 You are obliged to submit the requested documents and information within thirty (30) days from the date of our request. We reserve the right to withhold payments and/or suspend your account until such documents and information have been duly provided, and to permanently close your account if you fail to comply within the specified timeframe. As a general rule, we will complete verification within ten (10) days after receiving all requested documents in full; however, depending on the nature, circumstances, and complexity of the case, additional time and/or further checks may be required to finalize the verification process.

5.4 We may engage recognized third-party service providers to conduct verification checks on our behalf, including authorized credit reference agencies, identity verification service providers, and/or fraud prevention and detection systems. Any personal data shared with such third parties shall be processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

5.5 By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you expressly consent to our carrying out additional security and verification checks to validate account information and activity in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and our internal security and anti-fraud policies. Such verification may include, without limitation, telephone or video calls, facial recognition or face verification procedures, or any other verification methods reasonably required to confirm your identity.

6.1 By opening an account on the Website and by using the Website, you expressly acknowledge and agree that all financial transactions related to your account may be processed directly by the Company, by a licensed or authorized payment system operator, and/or by any third party appointed by the Company to perform such financial processing.

6.2 Deposits to and withdrawals from your account shall be carried out using a payment method selected by you from those made available on the Website from time to time. Where technically, legally, and operationally possible, withdrawals shall be processed using the same payment method that was used to fund the account. You agree to use all payment system services strictly in accordance with the terms, rules, and conditions imposed by the respective payment service providers.

6.3 Funds held in your account do not constitute a bank deposit and are therefore not protected by any deposit insurance scheme, asset-backing arrangement, or guarantee of any kind. No interest shall accrue or be payable on any deposited funds or positive account balances.

6.4 By making a deposit, you expressly authorize the Company to debit your account for any applicable fees, fines, penalties, or amounts owed in connection with your activity, as permitted under these Terms or applicable law. You further agree not to initiate any chargebacks, reversals, or cancellations of deposits and agree to indemnify and reimburse the Company for all costs, losses, and expenses incurred as a result of chargebacks, recalls, or payment disputes.

6.5 The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine, apply, and modify minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to your account.

6.6 Refund policy

6.6.1 You acknowledge and agree that, as a general rule, the Company does not provide refunds for funds deposited into your account. Notwithstanding the foregoing, refunds may be considered solely in exceptional circumstances, including verified technical malfunctions of the Website or payment systems.

6.6.2 No refund shall be issued once the relevant deposit, or any bonus associated with such deposit, has been used to place one or more bets.

6.6.3 To be eligible for consideration of a refund, you must contact customer support within twenty-four (24) hours of the relevant transaction. The Company shall endeavor to respond within ten (10) business days. For the avoidance of doubt, all refund decisions are made at the Company’s sole and absolute discretion.

6.6.4 The Company reserves the right to withhold any refund or transaction reversal until the identity of the Player Account User has been verified to the Company’s satisfaction. You agree to provide, upon request, valid identification documents (including a passport, driving licence, or identity card), proof of address (such as a utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement), and verification of ownership of the payment method used. If such documentation is not provided within thirty (30) days of the request, the refund or reversal shall not be processed, your Player Account shall be closed, all funds therein shall be forfeited, and such decision shall be final, binding, and not subject to appeal.

6.6.5 Where your account has been funded by credit card, the Company reserves the right to process withdrawal requests, up to the total amount deposited, as refunds against the corresponding credit card transactions.

6.6.6 If any credit card transactions are deemed to pose an unacceptable security or legal risk by payment processors or the Company’s KYC department, the Company may initiate refunds of such transactions to the originating card and notify the relevant authorities and parties as required.

6.6.7 In all cases where a refund is processed, any bonuses and winnings credited to your account shall be deducted prior to calculating the refundable amount.

6.7 You may request the withdrawal of winnings from your account by submitting a valid withdrawal request. All withdrawal requests shall be processed strictly in accordance with the withdrawal rules set out in these Terms.

6.8 The minimum wagering requirement prior to withdrawal is x1 (one). If the total wagered amount is less than the deposited amount, the Company reserves the right to cancel any winnings and retain a commission of ten percent (10%) (but not less than 0.5 EUR / 2.25 PLN / 5 NOK / 0.75 AUD / 3 BRL / 0.75 CAD / CHF 0.55 / 500 CLP / 12.5 CZK / 200 HUF / 40 INR / 65 JPY / 1 NZD / 2.5 PEN / 0.75 SGD / 0.5 USD / 8 ZAR / 2.25 MYR / 19 THB / 727.5 ARS) of the last deposit to cover payment processing costs, and a fifteen percent (15%) commission where deposits were made via bank card or bank transfer.

6.9 You acknowledge and agree that the Company reserves the right to cancel any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, or illegal activity.

6.10 While the Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred payment method, availability cannot be guaranteed. Accordingly, withdrawals may be processed using an alternative payment method selected by the Company.

6.11 All withdrawals are subject to monthly withdrawal limits and are processed in accordance with the VIP status applicable to the customer at the time the withdrawal request is submitted.

6.12 A customer’s VIP level is determined based on account activity during the ninety (90) calendar days preceding the submission of a withdrawal request and may be adjusted based on the ratio of deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses received. A customer who has not actively placed bets for a period of one (1) month shall automatically be downgraded to the lowest VIP level.

6.12.1 Withdrawal limits associated with VIP levels, as described under clause 6.11, may vary depending on your jurisdiction and the VIP level applicable at the time a withdrawal request is submitted.

6.13 At any given time, a maximum of three (3) withdrawal requests may be pending on a single account.

6.14 The Company reserves the right to establish individualized payment schedules and to determine minimum and maximum transaction amounts and processing times, which may vary depending on the withdrawal method, account level, or other relevant factors.

6.15 Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the financial department within three (3) business days of submission and/or three (3) business days after the last withdrawal has been paid, provided all conditions and verification requirements are met. Financial operations are conducted from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM GMT, Monday through Friday. You acknowledge and accept this timetable. Any delays occurring after approval are not the responsibility of the Company.

6.16 The Company may delay withdrawal processing in order to conduct checks relating to identity, account balance, source of funds, and compliance with these Terms. You agree to fully cooperate with any investigation and acknowledge that payments may be withheld until all verification procedures have been successfully completed.

6.17 Customer funds are held in segregated client bank accounts separate from the Company’s operational funds. This arrangement is intended to protect customer funds in the event of insolvency, and eligible funds shall be returned accordingly.

6.18 If an Account Holder does not log into the account for one hundred eighty (180) days, the account shall be classified as an Inactive Account. A monthly administrative fee of five (5) EUR may be charged while the account remains inactive. The Company reserves the right to modify this fee at its discretion. Where the account balance is less than five (5) EUR, the remaining balance shall be deducted and no further fees shall apply.

6.19 In the event of software malfunctions, technical errors, or erroneous financial transactions, the Company reserves the right to correct account balances by removing incorrectly credited funds and shall refund any incorrectly debited amounts within thirty (30) days of detection.

6.20 Any funds mistakenly credited to a customer’s account due to technical or human error shall remain the property of the Company and shall be deducted accordingly. If such funds are withdrawn prior to detection, the withdrawn amount shall constitute a debt owed to the Company. The customer must immediately notify the Company upon becoming aware of any incorrect credit.

6.21 Transfers of funds between customers in any form are strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to block accounts involved in such activity, confiscate winnings, and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

6.22 The Company is entitled, at any time, to offset any outstanding amounts owed by you by deducting such amounts from your positive account balance.

6.23 You are solely responsible for the payment of all taxes, duties, levies, and charges arising from any winnings. You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from governmental tax withholding or reporting obligations connected to your withdrawals or income.

7.1 From time to time, the Company may make available promotional incentives to customers, including bonus funds, free spins, loyalty points and/or other special offers (collectively referred to in these General Terms and Conditions as “bonuses” or “promotions”). Certain promotions require that you make a qualifying deposit (the “associated deposit”) in a specified minimum amount in order to become eligible. You acknowledge and agree that each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions in addition to these General Terms and Conditions, and such terms are set out in the relevant sections of the Website. In the event of any question, dispute, or inconsistency regarding any promotion, bonus, or special offer, the specific terms and conditions of the applicable promotion shall prevail over these General Terms and Conditions.

7.2 Any bonus offer is strictly limited to one per individual, family, household address, telephone number, personal or shared computer (including, by way of example, a school, public library, or workplace) and personal or shared IP address.

7.3 The Company reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse to grant any bonus, to reject or remove bonuses of any kind, to cancel participation in any promotion, and/or to permanently or temporarily exclude any customer or group of customers from the Website’s promotion program. In the event of any dispute relating to promotions (including, without limitation, eligibility, use, misuse, abuse, fair play, calculation of winnings, and wagering requirements), the Company’s determination shall be final, binding, and non-negotiable.

7.4 Residents of any Excluded Jurisdiction are not eligible to register for, claim, or otherwise benefit from any promotion.

7.5 All promotions are not available to, and are restricted for, residents of Armenia, Tunisia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Indonesia, Georgia, and Malaysia.

7.6 All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning you must place bets totaling a specified amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount, the bonus amount together with the associated deposit amount, or the amount of winnings generated from the promotion (as defined in the applicable promotion terms). For example, a wagering requirement of x5 (five) requires you to wager an amount equal to five times the relevant figure. 7.7 Different games contribute different percentages toward the applicable wagering requirements:

 Example: at the set score of 3-3, the minimum number of games for the set to be completed is 9 (either 6-3 or 3-6). This means that total lines of 6.5, 7.5 and 8.5 can already be settled as a win for Over. Integer lines where neither selection wins will be voided.

•  Baseball games when two teams are playing 2 (two) games in a row are considered as Game 1 and Game 2 and will be settled as chronologically played with all bets valid. For avoidance of doubt if Team A plays vs Team B twice, the result of Game 1 will count for bets offered on Game 1 as originally scheduled and result of Game 2 will count for bets offered on Game 2, as originally scheduled. Matches will be cancelled if they are not going to be played the same day (local). For example, if they play 24 (twenty-four) hours later, a new match ID will be created, since usually there is a doubleheader and changed starting pitchers. If the start time changes, it is updated as soon as official information is out.

16.2.13 If the bets are settled according to the actual result of an Event as per the official announcement, then any change due to protest, doping etc. after 24 (twenty-four) hours or later occurs, such change is not taken into consideration and all bets will be paid according to the initial official announcement. If such change occurs before 24 (twenty-four) hours have elapsed, results of all bets will be recalculated according to such change.

16.2.14 The Company reserves the right not to accept all or part of a bet without providing a reason to the customer. If a bet is not accepted, customer’s stakes are refunded.

16.2.15 Before an Event starts, the Company reserves, at its own discretion, the right to void or cancel part of or the full bet even after its acceptance without providing any reason to the customer.

16.2.16 After the Event starts, the Company reserves, at its own discretion, the right to void or cancel part or whole of a bet even after its acceptance, in case there is a valid reason for this, such as:

•  mistake in the wording (semantic error) of the event or the odds, or starting time;
•  the customer attempts to bypass Company limits (potential payout) and risk management by placing multiple identical or similar bets or opening multiple accounts;
•  the customer is getting the advantage of any public announcement or secret information he has access to that determines the outcome of the Event;
•  the customer combined related bets;
•  the customer is actively participating in the Event, such as players, referees, managers, or is in direct or indirect relationship with events participants or has a direct or indirect influence on the Event result;
•  the Company suffers a technical error offering wrong odds or Events;
•  any other reason communicated to the customer upon request.

16.2.17 Several identical bets may be considered as one in case the customer made a number of mirror bets.

16.2.18 Information displayed during live Events (including the update of this information) is informative only. A wrong result is no reason to refund the wager. The Company accepts no responsibility for incorrect results during the live Event.

16.2.19 The Company is not responsible for incorrect spelling of surnames, team names and names of places for the Event.

16.2.20 Calculation of the bets is done by the Company. The Event results announced by the Company are the basis for calculating the wagers and determining the winnings. The Company is not obliged to follow the official result if there is suspicion of semantic or typing error proved by the real action of the event

16.2.21 The results of sporting Events announced in the periodical press may not be grounds for submitting players’ claims against the Company.

16.2.22 In disputed situations the final decision is made by the Company, taking into account practice of the bookmaking business and customers’ interests.

16.2.23 The Company has the right to limit the maximum bet for individual Events and also to limit or raise the maximum bet for specific persons without giving an explanation.

16.2.24 The Company reserves the right to cancel the bonus and to refuse to provide it to the client in case of suspicion of violation of the fairness of the game or the use of malicious strategies. Moreover, the Company reserves the right to refuse to provide a bonus to the client without giving reasons and prior notification. In case of a dispute situation, the decision of the Company is considered final and is not negotiable.

16.2.25 If the customer starts using the credited bonus money in the sports section, wagering requirements still must be met, despite the bonus has been expired or canceled automatically/by the customer.

16.3 Rollover rules for sports betting

16.3.1 In order to be able to request a withdrawal, the minimal wager of the free bet winnings has to be x3 (three). The customer has to roll over the amount of his winnings from the free bet, that was credited to his account, at least 3 (three) times on either single or multibet. Any bets made on Events with odds less than 1.5 (one and five tenths), will not be counted in the wagering of the winnings.

16.3.2 Only bets which are settled as won or lost are counted towards any type of rollover requirements.

16.4 Abandonments and Postponements

16.4.1 If an Event does not begin on the scheduled start date and is not completed within 48 (forty-eight) hours or as prescribed in the specific sports rules, then all bets will be void, except for those on markets that have been unconditionally determined. Reasons for this will include: through disqualification, interruption, withdrawal, changes in draws etc.).

16.4.2 If an Event starts but is later abandoned, and is not completed within 48 (forty-eight) hours or as prescribed in the specific sports rules, then all bets will be void, except for those on markets that have been unconditionally determined.

16.4.3 If an Event is not completed within the originally scheduled completion time prescribed in the specific sports rules thus an official result is declared or a result is declared by the particular Event’s relevant governing body, the Company reserves the right to consider the match officially valid. The Company’s decision is final and binding in this regard. Individual sports or Event’s governing bodies are defined by us, and are available on request.

16.4.4 There are exceptions as follows:

•  Tennis games will be kept open with all bets valid until the officials or organizing body declares a winner. In such a case, the 48 (forty-eight) hours’ rule is not valid. However, and in case of a player retirement, all markets determined in the pitch are settled accordingly and all the rest declared void and null. For the avoidance of doubt if a tennis player retired before the last point concluded, the match winner market is void,but all markets related to specific sets or games that determined, are settled accordingly.
•  Baseball games when two teams are playing 2 (two) games in a row are considered as Game 1 and Game 2 and will be settled as chronologically played with all bets valid. 16.5 Change of Venue

16.5.1 Unless otherwise stated, if a match is scheduled to be played on neutral ground but is played on non-neutral ground or vice versa, all bets will still be considered valid. In the event of a change of venue where home team plays away or vice versa, all bets on the match will be considered void. Bets will also be considered void if the home and away team names are wrongly stated in reverse. As a general rule the first team listed is the ‘Home’ team unless otherwise stated.

16.5.2 For all non-team Events, if the scheduled venue is changed after the market has been opened, then all bets will still be considered valid except where stated within the individual sport rules.

16.6 Periods of Time

16.6.1 The posted duration of an Event is for reference purposes only. Bets will be valid despite the change in scheduled duration except where stated within the individual sport rules.

16.6.2 Any incident during injury or stoppage time that is played, is deemed to have occurred at the end of regular time, e.g. a goal scored in first half injury time of a soccer match is deemed to have been scored on 45 (forty-five) minutes.

16.6.3 In the case of the general implied rules of a sport being violated, we reserve the right to void any market (e.g. unusual period length, counting procedure, format of a match etc.).

16.6.4 In the case of the rules or format of a match differing from our implied information, we reserve the right to void any market.

16.6.5 Unless otherwise stated, all bets are settled on the result of regular time.

16.6.6 Settlement for markets containing a time interval will be as follows. The first interval is considered as 00:01 until the start of the minute indicated as the end. For the avoidance of doubt, the interval 1-15 (one – fifteen) mins is considered the period 00:01 to 15:00.

16.6.7 The last interval is considered as from the minute indicated until the end of the period as decided by the referee. For example in Soccer, the interval 30-45 (thirty – forty-five) minutes is considered as 30:01 to the end of the First Half. The interval 75-90 (seventy-five – ninety) minutes is considered the period from 75:01 until the end of regular time.

16.6.8 Bets placed on Player Statistics (player passes, player tackles, player total cards, player assists, player shots/shots on target) will be settled according to the official statistics of the game (including extra time if there is any). If the listed player is not in the starting lineup of the match, the bets will be settled as void.

16.7 Results

16.7.1 Where relevant, podium positions will count as the official result, regardless of any subsequent disqualification or amendment to the results. If there is no podium ceremony, results will be determined in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body at the time of the market settlement, regardless of any subsequent disqualification or amendment to the results. If no official result is available then the result will be determined with reference to the available evidence known at the time of market settlement and the decision of the Company is final.

16.7.2 Markets are generally settled shortly after the conclusion of an Event. Purely as a customer service, some markets may be settled before the official result is declared. The Company reserves the right to reverse settlement in the Event of a market being settled in error and this will be reflected in your balance.

16.7.3 In the Event of uncertainty over any result then the Company reserves the right to suspend settlement of any market. If the outcome of a market cannot be verified officially, we reserve the right to void them or delay the settlement until official confirmation.

16.7.4 In the case of an incorrect settlement of markets, we reserve the right to correct them anytime.

16.7.5 Where there is a conflict between the official results and the results posted on the results section of the Company’s Website, the conflict shall be resolved by reference to the Company’s video recording of the particular Event to determine the correct result. However, if no such video recording is available, then the correct result shall be determined in accordance with the result of the particular Event’s relevant governing body as published on its official website. If the official website is unable to provide the result or official website’s posted result is manifestly wrong, then the Company reserves the right to make decisions/ amendments to determine the final result. The Company’s decision is final and binding in this regard, however we will give our justification for the result upon request. This may include video evidence.

16.7.6 In the case of any obviously incorrectly displayed or calculated prices, we reserve the right to void betting. This includes a deviation of more than 100% in the pay-out compared to the market average. Any bet inadvertently accepted after an event has finished will be void.

16.7.7 Unless a specific reference is made in the individual section that covers the sport, settlement of all markets will be based on the official competition rules.

16.7.8 Unless a specific reference is made in the individual section that covers the sport, opponents must start the match for ‘head to head’ match bets to stand.

16.7.9 When no price is quoted for a tie and the official competition rules do not determine a clear winner or the official result is a tie, dead heat rules will apply. In a ‘Dead Heat’ the stake money on a selection is divided by the number of runners involved in the dead heat. The full odds are then paid to the divided stake, with the remainder of the stake money being lost.

16.7.10 Where bets are available on whether a specific number is odd or even, Zero will count as even and unless otherwise stated (in the market or in the individual sport rules) extra time, overtime and extra innings will not count

16.7.11 Where there is no action in an event after a bet has been placed the bet will be void.

16.8 Bet Delay Acceptance

16.8.1 Bets placed during an Event (‘Live Betting’) will almost certainly be subject to a delay, which will vary by sport and competition.

16.8.2 If any of the disruptions mentioned in this Section happen before the countdown timer ends, all bets placed using Timer Acceptance are immediately void:

•  If there appears to be a possible red card or a red card is actually given;
•  If there is a possible penalty or a penalty is given;
•  If there appears to be a possible goal or a goal is scored by any team;
•  Fortuitous events including, but not limited to, failure in any equipment or telecommunication that prevents the correct placing, accepting, recording or notification of bets, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, communication lines failure.

16.8.3 When using our website, and subsequently the Timer Acceptance feature, the Customer acknowledges that the current score, time elapsed and other data provided on this site (including ‘Live’ TV pictures) while coming from a “live” feed provided by a third party is subject to a time delay and/or may be inaccurate, and that any bet placed based on this data is entirely at the customer’s own risk. The Company provides this data and accepts no responsibility for any loss (direct or indirect) suffered by the customer as a result of his reliance on it.

16.8.4 We reserve the right to refuse the whole or part of any bet without offering any explanation.

16.9 Maximum Winnings

16.9.1 Maximum bet limits vary from sport to sport and from game to game.

16.9.2 Minimum bet per event is 0.5 (five tenths) in the currency of the customer account.

16.9.3 A bet is accepted on the basis that it is the investment of one customer only.

16.9.4 The maximum amount that can be won (excluding stake) by one customer in one days betting regardless of stake is 150 000 (one hundred and fifty thousand) EUR or equivalent in your account currency. Where bets have been placed on different days, the maximum amount that can be won in one day’s betting is determined by the day on which the final event on each bet is resolved, rather than the day on which each individual bet is placed.

16.9.5 The maximum numbers of selections in multi-bets and system bets is 30 (thirty) selections.

16.9.6 The maximum withdrawal amount from a no deposit bonus (loyalty bonus or a free bet bonus) is x3 (three) of the initial amount of the received no deposit bonus. The rest of the winnings that exceed this amount will be deducted by the Company.

16.9.7 In order to be able to request a withdrawal, the minimal wager of the free bet winnings has to be x3 (three). 16.10 Time of Acceptance

16.10.1 If, for any reason, a bet is inadvertently accepted after the event or match has started the selection(s) affected will be made void. The only exception would be if the Event in question is covered by our ‘in running’ or Live service.

16.10.2 We reserve the right to amend obvious errors, and accept bets after an Event has started by mutual consent. If at the time the bet was placed, the race or event was resolved or at a stage where the client could have had any indication of the outcome we reserve the right to void that selection.

16.10.3 In the event of there being a dispute over the time at which a bet was placed, then the time at which it was recorded on our Servers will govern the settlement.

16.11 Live or In-Running Betting

16.11.1 Live or in-running betting is, by nature, subject to large and sudden changes in odds as the Event unfolds. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that prices will always be available, and reserve the right not to offer odds throughout the entire match at our absolute discretion.

16.11.2 In addition, we reserve the right to refuse or void bets, even when prices are displayed on our website, if due to circumstances outside of our control the prices shown are wide of the industry market price at the time the bet is placed. Our decision regarding this is final.

16.11.3 If coverage has to be abandoned and the match finishes regularly, all markets will be settled according to the final result.

16.11.4 If markets remain open with an incorrect score which has a significant impact on the prices, we reserve the right to void betting.

16.12 Specific Betting Types

16.12.1 Outright (Future Bets)

16.12.2 Outright means betting on the winner of an Event, race or tournament.

16.12.3 If a competitor/player does not start an Event, race or tournament then all outright bets on that competitor/player will be lost unless otherwise stated in the specific sport betting rules.

16.12.4 If there are two or more winners, or a “dead heat” is declared in any outright market then your stake is divided by the number of winners, and this new amount is then settled at the full odds (not including the stake). For example, if there are multiple winners of the English Premier League Top Goalscorer market. In our example two players were declared as winners. Your bet of 1,000 (one thousand) on Sergio Agüero (one of the winners) at odds of 3.50 (three and five tenths) would be settled as follows: (1,000/2) x 3.50. 500 x 3.50 = 1,750 returns.

16.12.5 The term “any other player” (or any other team, score etc.) refers to all competitors or options not named in the market.

16.12.6 The term “others on request” refers to any unquoted player, team or score etc. Should you require a price for a selection not named in the market please contact our customer service and we will add in the selections you request. In all instances we will attempt to offer all obvious outcomes. For markets that refer to ‘Others on Request’ where a selection not named is the Winner. All bets would be settled as losers.

16.13 Moneyline

16.13.1 Moneyline means betting on one competitor or team to defeat another in an Event or to be placed higher in an Event match-up. Remaining Moneyline rules are set out in the Specific Event Betting Rules.

16.13.2 The term “The Field” refers to all competitors other than the competitor named in the Moneyline match up.

16.14 Handicap and First Half Handicap

16.14.1 Handicap means betting when one competitor or team receives a virtual head start (effectively leading by that head start before the Event begins). The winner is the competitor or team with the better score after adding the given handicap to the result. For both totals and sides betting all stakes are returned when the final score falls on the handicap line (in America termed as a ‘push’). Remaining Handicap rules are set out in the specific Sport Betting Rules.

16.14.2 First Half Handicap means betting on the team with the better score after adding the given handicap to the result of the first half of an Event.

16.15 Over/Under and First Half Over/Under

16.15.1 Over/under means betting that is determined by the total number of points (or goals, games etc.) in the final result of an Event. If the total is more than the Over/under pre-designated line then the winning result is Over; if the total is less than the Over/Under pre-designated line then the winning result is Under.

16.15.2 First half over/under means betting that is determined by the total number of points in the result of the first half of an Event. If the total is more than the over/under pre-designated line then the winning result is Over; if the total is less than the over/under pre-designated line then the winning result is Under.

16.16 Odd/Even, First Half Odd/Even, Single Team Odd/Even

16.16.1 Odd/even means betting that is determined by whether the total number of points (or goals, games etc.) in the final result of an event is odd or even. For all odd/even markets zero is counted as even for settlement purposes.

16.16.2 First half odd/even means betting that is determined by whether the total number of points at the end of the first half of an Event is Odd or Even.

16.16.3 First half bets will be void if an Event is abandoned before the end of the first half. But if an Event is abandoned after the end of the first half, all First half bets will be valid.

16.16.4 Single team odd/even means betting to predict whether the full-time score of a specific team in a match will be odd or even.

16.16.5 Any extra-time or overtime added in the match will not be counted for purposes of determining the full-time score except where stated either in the market or the individual sport rules.

16.17 Multiple Bets/Parlays

16.17.1 Multiple bets (or parlay) means bets in a combination of two or more selections placed as one wager. If all selections should win then the Multiple wins and will be paid at the combined odds of all selections. If one (or more) selections should fail to win then the multiple loses. If one (or more) selections should be postponed or void for any reason, then the odds for that selection will revert to 1.00 (one) odds.

16.17.2 During a match or Event (in play) if any part of the bet is rejected the whole multiple will be rejected. In play Events and pre-match events may be included in the same multiple.

16.17.3 Multiple bets are not accepted where the outcome of one part of the bet contributes to the outcome of another. E.g. No goalscorer and 0-0 correct score in the same match. Our system should reject such bets but if taken in error the stakes will be equally divided as single bets. If you are unsure if your bet is related please check with customer service prior to placing your wager. The decision of the Company as to whether selections are related will be final.

16.18 Cash-Out

16.18.1 The Company offers the option of Cash-Out before an event or market is finalised. If the Cash-Out request is successful, this will be displayed and the bet will be settled immediately. The actual final result of the related market will have no impact on the Cash Out amount. The Cash Out amount offered at any time is the total amount that will be returned to your account if accepted. If a bet is placed with the intention of using Cash-Out, the Company cannot guarantee that the Cash-Out feature will be always available. The Company reserves the right to reverse the settlement of a Cash Out if the bet, or a market is settled in error in addition to correcting obvious errors.

16.19 Other Player Specials

16.19.1 For the following player special markets, bets apply to regular time plus overtime (if any), a potential penalty shootout won’t count for settlement. Settlement applies to any player who enters the pitch unless stated otherwise on the market name (“starting line up”). In that case, If the listed player is not in the starting lineup of the match, the bets are settled as void.

16.20 Supported match formats

 The possible supported formats for both prematch and live bets are 2×25, 2×30, 2×35, 2×40, 2×45, 3×30.

 For matches with duration smaller than 50 minutes or bigger than 90 minutes, all markets will be voided. In all other cases, bets will stand normally. For format 3×30 , halftime’s duration will be calculated as ‘’Total match duration / 2’’. Our company doesn’t take any responsibility over unexpected changes on formats and eventually relevant settlement based on our rules, the risk is on client’s side and it’s included in the acceptance of the T&C during their registration

16.20.1 Player H2H Markets : If the listed player does not participate at all in the match, the bets are settled as void. In case of a tie between the players, bets are void.

16.20.2 Player Total Yellow Cards: Any Yellow Card shown after the full-time whistle has been blown will be disregarded. In the event of a match being abandoned before 90 minutes have been played then all bets will be void unless settlement of bets is already determined.

16.20.3 Player Total Fouls: A foul conceded is defined as any infringement penalized as foul play by a referee that results in a free-kick or penalty event.

• Offsides are not given as a foul conceded.
• Incidents where a match official has played advantage and subsequently cautioned a player, do not contribute towards the total foul count for the player. In these scenarios a free-kick or penalty event must occur for a foul to be awarded.

16.20.4 Shot on Target:

 A shot on target defines any goal attempt that:

 a) Goes into the net regardless of intent – For goals only

 b) Is a clear attempt to score that would have gone into the net but for being saved by the goalkeeper or is stopped by a player who is the last-man with the goalkeeper having no chance of preventing the goal.

 Shots directly hitting the post or crossbar are not counted as shots on target, unless the ball goes in and is awarded as a goal.

 Shots that are blocked by another player, who is not the last-man, will not be counted as a shot on target.

16.20.5 Shot off Target:

 A shot off target defines any clear attempt to score that:

 a) Goes over or wide of the goal without making contact with another player.

 b) Would have gone over or wide of the goal but for being stopped by a goalkeeper’s save or by an outfield player.

 c) Directly hits the post or crossbar and a goal is not scored.

 Blocked shots are not counted as shots off target.

16.21 Settlement of Asian Lines

 *Applies for all markets that may have asian lines as available selections across all sports (points/sets/ games/rounds/etc. may be applied instead of goals).

16.21.1 Total goals Table

Explanation of Half-won / Half-lost results: A half-won selection has half of the stake considered as won and the other half considered as void. A half-lost selection has half of the stake considered as lost and the other half considered as void.

16.21.2 2-way Handicap Table

Explanation of Half-won / Half-lost results: A half-won selection has half of the stake considered as won and the other half considered as void. A half-lost selection has half of the stake considered as lost and the other half considered as void.

16.22 Fast Markets / Interval Markets

• Markets will be settled based on the goal time announced by TV. If this is not available, the time according to the match clock is considered.
• Goal markets are settled based on the time the ball crosses the line, and not the time the kick is made.
• Corner interval markets are settled based on the time the corner kick is taken and not the time the corner is conceded or awarded unless otherwise stated in the market name.
• Booking interval markets are settled based on the time the card is shown and not the time the infringement is made
• Offsides will be settled based on the time when the referee gives the decision. This rule will be applied to any video assistant referee (VAR) situation.
• Penalty markets will be settled based on the time when the referee gives the decision. This rule will be applied to any video assistant referee (VAR) situation.
• Penalties awarded but not taken are not considered

These types of markets may be offered at minute intervals such as: 1, 5, 10, 15, etc; according to the case. Within this offer you can find markets based on Goals, Corner Kicks, Cards with the formula 1X2, Over/Under, Handicap.

1 minute range:

Example : It goes from the second 00:00 to the second 00:59 and so on.

5 minutes range:

Example : Minute 1 to 5 goes from minute 00:00 to minute 04:59 and so on.

10 minutes range:

Example : Minute 1 to 10 goes from minute 00:00 to minute 09:59 and so on.

15 minutes range:

Example : Minute 1 to 15 goes from minute 00:00 to minute 14:59 and so on.

Rule 1: in case that the selected interval market contains the option NO or NONE. So, if the bet is generated in Pre-match it means that in the event there will be NO goals, corner kicks, cards, or the rest; according to the case. When will a goal be scored (15 min interval): You have to predict whether a goal will be scored in the time frame selected: 7 possible outcomes:

Video VAR Y/N: You have to predict whether or not there will be a VAR decision (with monitor review) in a selected match during the regular time and Extra time including. The settlement of bets which are placed on VAR markets will be validated on the federation official website.

16.23 BET BUILDER

The Bet Builder feature gives the player the opportunity to combine selections from the same event into one betslip. If one selection that participates in a Bet Builder betslip is void/push, then the whole betslip is void/push as well, REGARDLESS of the outcome of the other selections that participate in the Bet Builder.

For example : in the match LA Lakers vs Toronto Raptors, we create a Bet Builder betslip with LA Lakers to win, Over 220,5 points in the match and Player X Over 29,5 points. In case Player X does not participate in the match, the selection for his points (over 29,5) is settled as void. Therefore, the whole betslip is settled as void as the selection participates in a Bet Builder.

17.1 American Football

17.1.1 All full-time markets, including Live Betting, shall be settled on the final result NOT including overtime (unless otherwise stated in these or the market rules). In the event of any delay (rain, darkness etc.) all markets shall remain unsettled and trading shall be continued as soon as the match continues.

17.1.2  If a match does not start on the scheduled start date, or within 48 (forty-eight) hours then all bets shall be void (unless stated otherwise).

17.1.3 If a match starts but is suspended or abandoned within twelve hours of the scheduled start time then full-time bets shall remain valid if 55 (fifty-five) minutes of the match has been completed (Pro and College Football). Bets shall also remain valid if an official result is declared by the relevant governing body. Otherwise bets on suspended or abandoned matches shall be void, except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined.

17.1.4 First-Half results are the sum of the First and Second Quarters. Second-Half results are the sum of the Third and Fourth Quarters, including any Overtime that may be played.

17.1.5 Fourth Quarter results, Quarter with the most points and Double Result markets do not include any Overtime that may be played.

17.1.6 If a match is suspended or abandoned then bets placed on unfinished Halves or Quarters shall be deemed void. If the designated Halves or Quarters are completed then bets shall be valid. As shall all bets on any market already unconditionally determined.

17.1.7 The Home/Away venue for NCAA matches is provided as a reference only.

17.1.8 Unless a price is quoted for a tie, any market where the result is a tie shall be void.

17.1.9 Specifically for Live Betting, if odds were offered with an incorrect match time (more than 89 (eighty-nine) seconds), we reserve the right to void betting. If an incorrect score is displayed we reserve the right to void betting for this timeframe.

17.2 Badminton

17.2.1 Moneyline markets refer to the winner of the match or specified set. Handicap markets are based on either sets or points (please refer to market title); over/under and odd/even markets are based on points (unless otherwise stated).

17.2.2 If a player does not start a tournament or match then all bets on that player shall be void.

17.2.3 If a player (or pairing) retires or is disqualified during a match then all bets shall be void, except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined.

17.2.4 If a match is postponed or suspended then all bets shall remain valid if the match is completed within 48 (forty-eight) hours.

17.2.5 Golden set is not considered in any of the mentioned markets.

17.2.6 If a team retires all undecided markets shall be deemed void.

17.3 Baseball

17.3.1 All full-time markets, including Live Betting, shall be settled on the final result NOT including extra innings except for ‘Who score the Xth point (run) and ‘Which Team will win race to X points’ or otherwise stated. In Japanese or Korean baseball a tie can be declared and in this case moneyline bets shall be refunded.

17.3.2 If a game does not start on the scheduled start date (or within 12 (twelve) hours of the scheduled start time) then all bets shall be void (unless stated otherwise). If a game is postponed or cancelled before its due start time, all bets are deemed No Action.

17.3.3 For baseball bets to be deemed valid then the game must go nine innings (or 8.5 (eight and five tenths) innings if the home team is leading). If a game is ‘called’ or suspended and completed on a subsequent day then all bets (except those which have been unconditionally determined) shall be void. Specifically for MLB, if a game is ‘called’, or suspended, the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning (unless the home team scores to tie, or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the winner is determined by the score at the time the game is called.) Stakes shall be refunded if the home team ties the game and it is then suspended. If a game is ‘called’, or suspended, winners and losers for betting (including Totals) are official after at least 5 (five) innings of play unless the home team is leading after 4.5 (four and five tenths) innings. Other markets shall be void unless a winning market has already been established.

17.3.4 If a game is suspended or called in extra innings then the score shall be determined after the last full inning, unless the home team scores to tie or lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the score is determined at the time the game is called.

17.3.5 First 5 (five) innings bets are settled on the result at the end of five innings. If five innings are not completed, for whatever reason, then all bets shall be void.

17.3.6 World Baseball Classic games can end early if a team is leading by ten or more runs after the opposing team has batted in at least seven innings or if a team is leading by more than fifteen runs after the opposing team has batted in at least five innings. Should this happen then all bets shall be valid.

17.3.7 International Baseball games (e.g. Olympic matches) may be called early and for bets to be valid, 6.5 (six and five tenths) innings must have been completed.

17.4 Basketball

17.4.1 All full-time markets, including Live Betting, shall be settled on the final result NOT including overtime (unless otherwise stated).

17.4.2 If a match does not start on the scheduled start date (or within 12 (twelve) hours of the scheduled start time) then all bets shall be void (unless stated otherwise).

17.4.3 If a match starts but is suspended or abandoned within twelve hours of the scheduled start time then full-time bets shall remain valid if at least 43 (forty-three) minutes of an NBA match, or 35 (thirty-five) minutes of any other basketball match have been completed. Bets shall also remain valid if an official result is declared by the relevant governing body. Otherwise bets on suspended or abandoned matches shall be void, except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined.

17.4.4 First-Half results are the sum of the first and second quarters. Second-half results are the sum of the third and fourth quarters, not including any overtime that may be played. Apart from NBA and WNBA where all second-half markets include any overtime played.

17.4.5 Fourth quarter results do not include any overtime that may be played.

17.4.6 If a match is suspended or abandoned then bets placed on unfinished halves or quarters shall be void. If the designated halves or quarters are completed then bets shall be valid.

17.4.7 The home/away venue for NCAA matches is provided as a reference only.

17.4.8 Unless odds are quoted for the tie any market that results in a tie shall be void.

17.4.9 Specifically for Live Betting, if odds were offered with an incorrect match time (more than 2 (two) minutes), we reserve the right to void betting.

17.4.10 All basketball player special markets are settled according to the relevant official source. Potential overtime(s) is/are included in the settlement of all available markets.

17.4.11 Player H2H Markets : Bets apply to regular time plus overtime (if any). If the listed player does not participate at all in the match, the bets are settled as void. In case of a tie between the players, bets are void.

17.5 Bowls

17.5.1 In the event of a match starting but not being completed the player progressing to the next round shall be deemed the winner. However set betting shall be void.

17.5.2 If a match is postponed to another day bets shall be void. If a match is interrupted and continued within 48 (forty-eight) hours after initial start time, all open bets shall be settled with the final result. Otherwise all undecided bets shall be void.

17.5.3 In case of a retirement and walk-over of any player all undecided bets shall be void.

17.5.4 If the players/teams are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void betting.

17.6 Cricket

17.6.1 All markets do not consider super overs unless otherwise mentioned.

17.6.2 Penalty runs are not considered in any over or delivery market (markets for multiple overs are not considered for this rule).

17.6.3 Twenty 20: all scheduled overs must be played for undecided markets to be settled unless the innings has reached its natural conclusion.

17.6.4 ODIs: a minimum of 90% (ninety percent) of the entire overs allocated for an innings must be played at the time that the bet was struck for markets to be settled unless the innings has reached its natural conclusion.

17.6.5 If a match is cancelled before any play has taken place, then all markets shall be void unless the match is replayed within 48 (forty-eight) hours of its initial starting time.

17.6.6 If the match is tied and the official competition rules do not determine a winner; or if the competition rules determine the winner by a coin toss or drawing of lots, then all undecided markets shall be void.

17.6.7 In the event of an over not being completed, all undecided markets on this specific over shall be void unless the innings has reached its natural conclusion e.g. declaration, team all out, etc.

17.7 Darts

17.7.1 Moneyline and markets refer to the winner of the match. Handicap and over/under markets are based on the number of sets (unless otherwise stated).

17.7.2 If a match is postponed and not started within twelve hours of the scheduled start time then all bets shall be void.

17.7.3 If a player does not start a tournament or match then all bets on that player shall be void.

17.7.4 If a match starts but is not completed or is shortened then all bets shall be void. In the event of a league match starting but not being completed set betting shall be void but outright betting shall be settled on the official competition rules. Other markets shall be void unless a winning selection has already been established.

17.7.5 If the players/teams are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void betting.

17.7.6 Bullseye counts as red check out colour.

17.8 Esports

17.8.1 Moneyline refers to the winner of an esports match-up who may be a team or individual competitor that defeats another or places highest in a match-up.

17.8.2 Tournament winner refers to the winning team or individual competitor in the finals of an Esports tournament.

17.8.3 All markets shall be settled on the official results declared by the relevant Esports association or organizing body as may be posted in its official website. Any subsequent disqualifications or changes to the results shall not be considered for betting purposes.

17.8.4 If a match-up is postponed, all bets shall remain valid if the match-up is resumed within 48 (forty-eight) hours from original schedule.

17.8.5 If a match-up has started but is not completed due to player disconnection or power interruption, then all bets shall be void.

17.8.6 If a match-up was replayed due to a draw, player disconnection or power interruption, then all bets shall be void. In case of replay, the replayed match-up shall be treated as a separate and new market.

17.8.7 If the number of rounds/maps is changed from the original schedule then handicap and over/under bets shall be void while moneyline bets shall remain valid.

17.8.8 All match start dates and times displayed for Esports matches are for indication purposes only and are not guaranteed to be correct. Bets shall stand if a match is offered with an incorrect date and/or time.

17.8.9 If the name of a player/team/tournament is misspelled, all bets shall stand unless it’s obvious that the misspelled name is the same as a different entity.

17.8.10 All markets consider overtime, unless stated otherwise in the market name.

17.8.11 If the fixture is listed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void all bets.

17.8.12 Where an event involves the same two players or teams playing multiple games or maps, for example “best of 3”, and one or more games or maps are not played because the result of the event has already been determined, bets on unplayed games or maps are void and stakes refunded.

17.8.13 Counter Strike:GO Rules

 – Where Overtime can be played, this shall be included in the settlement of markets; unless the Draw participant is quoted for a specific market, in which case settlement shall be based on the statutory number of rounds.

 – Most map bets are based on the scheduled number of rounds excluding extra rounds played in the event of a draw. If, however, a map winner market is offered without a “draw” selection then this is settled in favor of the overall winner of the map including extra time if played.

 – Title-specific vocabulary:

•  T / CT (Terrorists / Counter-terrorists): title specific name of Dark / Light team
•  Round: Team wins Rounds to win the Map. Round is won when 1) one team eliminates the other 2) by Terrorists when they successfully detonate the bomb 3) by Counter-terrorists when the bomb does not detonate in 120 seconds from the start of the Round. First team to score 16 Rounds wins the Map.
•  Overtime: In case of Map draw score, first overtime is being played in Bo6 format. In case of another draw , next overtime with the same rules will be played. This process repeats until one team wins overtime.
•  Overtime rules can be tournament-specific.
•  Pistol round: 1. and 13. round on a particular Map.

17.9 Floorball

17.9.1 Unless stated otherwise, all floorball bets are settled on 60 (sixty) minutes play.

17.9.2 If a match is abandoned all bets are void unless an official result has been declared or a winning market has already been established. If a match is postponed bets are void if not played within 24 (twenty-four) hours of the scheduled start time.

17.10 Futsal

17.10.1 All bets are based on the result at the end of the scheduled 40 (forty) minutes (2 x 20 minutes) regulation time. Extra-time or penalties DO NOT count.

17.10.2 If a match is postponed, or is suspended and is not resumed within 48 (forty-eight) hours of the scheduled start time, then all bets shall be void except where unconditionally determined.

17.10.3 If a match begins before the scheduled time then only bets made before the actual kick-off shall be valid. All bets placed after the starting time shall be void, except for Live Betting.

17.10.4 If the team names or category are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void betting.

17.10.5 Golden set is not considered in any of the mentioned markets.

17.10.6 If a team retires all undecided markets shall be void.

17.11 Golf

17.11.1 All golf bets are settled according to the official tournament results.

17.11.2 If a competitor/player does not start an Event, race or tournament then all outright bets on that competit outright or/player shall be lost unless otherwise stated in the specific sport betting rules. If a golfer retires or is disqualified during a tournament or specified round then all bets on that golfer shall be lost.

17.11.3 If a tournament or specified round is delayed or suspended then all bets shall remain valid for forty-eight hours after the scheduled finish time.

17.11.4 When a tournament is reduced by weather or other outside influences then bets shall be settled on the outright winner as long as eighteen holes have been played. If there is no play after an outright bet has been struck, it shall be void, unless the event is to be played over different courses, in which case all bets shall be void.

17.11.5 A player is deemed to have played once they have teed off. In the event of a player withdrawing after having teed off, stakes shall be lost on outright or 18 (eighteen) hole betting. If a player should, having teed off, withdraw during the tournament for whatever reason then he shall be deemed to have finished last for betting purposes.

17.11.6 Play-offs are included to determine the tournament winner. Dead heat rules shall apply for placings.

17.12 Handball

17.12.1 All full-time markets, including Live Betting, shall be settled on the final result at the end of normal time. Extra-time and penalty shoot-outs do not count for full-time markets unless otherwise stated.

17.12.2 If a match is postponed, suspended or abandoned and not resumed within 48 (forty-eight) hours of the scheduled start time then all bets are considered void, except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined or an official result is declared. Bets shall also be considered valid if an official result is declared by the relevant governing body.

17.12.3 If the match goes to a seven-metre shootout; the markets ‘Who scores the Xth point?’ and ‘Which team will win the race to X points?’ shall be voided.

17.12.4 Specifically for Live Betting, if odds were offered with an incorrect match time (more than 3 (three) minutes) we reserve the right to void betting.

17.13 Ice Hockey

17.13.1 Full-time markets may be offered as either “regular time only” or “including overtime and penalty shootouts” or both. For matches that are decided by a penalty shoot-out then the winning team shall have one goal added to their score to determine the final result. All markets (except period, overtime and penalty shootout markets) are considered for regular time only unless it is mentioned in the market.

17.13.2 If a match does not start on the scheduled start date (or within 48 (forty-eight) hours of the scheduled start time) then all bets shall be void (unless stated otherwise).

17.13.3 If a match starts but is suspended or abandoned within 48 (forty-eight) hours of the scheduled start time then full-time bets shall remain valid if 55 (fifty-five) minutes of the match has been completed. Bets shall also remain valid if an official result is declared by the relevant governing body. Otherwise bets on suspended or abandoned matches shall be void, except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined.

17.13.4 For period betting, a period must be completed for bets to be valid.

17.13.5 Third period results do not include any overtime or shoot-outs that may be played.

17.13.6 Ice hockey Live Betting is settled on the result at the end of normal time (three periods). Overtime and shoot-out results do not count – unless otherwise stated. If a market remains open when the following events have already taken place: goals and penalties, we reserve the right to void betting. If odds were offered with an incorrect match time (more than 2 (two) minutes), we reserve the right to void betting. If a wrong score is entered all markets will be cancelled for the time when the incorrect score was displayed.

17.13.7 In 60 (sixty) minute betting a price will be offered for the draw and in the event of a draw stakes on teams to win in 60 (sixty) minutes will be lost.

17.14 Motor Sports

17.14.1 Motor Sports include, without limitation, Formula One, Moto GP and A1GP.

17.14.2 Podium positions shall count as the official result, regardless of any subsequent disqualification or amendment to the race result. If there is no podium ceremony then the result is that declared by the relevant governing body immediately after the end of the race. Qualifying markets are based on the final qualifying positions declared by the governing body immediately after the end of qualifying.

17.14.3 If the scheduled venue is changed then all bets shall be void.

17.14.4 If a race is postponed then all bets shall remain valid if the race is started before the forty-eight hour expiration, otherwise all bets shall be void. If a race starts but is not completed then all bets shall remain valid if an official result is declared. If no official result is declared then all bets shall be void.

17.14.5 A motor race is deemed to have started when the signal is given to start the warm-up lap. If a competitor is not ready to start from the grid (or pit lane) then bets on that racer shall be lost in outright bets. If a competitor fails to start the official qualifying session then pole position bets on that racer shall be void.

17.15 Rugby League

17.15.1 All full-time markets, including Live Betting, shall be settled on the final result at the end of the match. Markets are based on the result at the end of a scheduled 80 (eighty) minutes play unless otherwise stated. This includes any added injury or stoppage time but does not include extra-time, time allocated for a penalty shootout or sudden death.

17.15.2 If a match is postponed, suspended or abandoned and not resumed within 48 (forty-eight) hours of the scheduled start time then all bets are considered void, except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined. Bets shall also be considered valid if an official result is declared by the relevant governing body.

17.15.3 First Half markets refer to the result of the first half only. All bets shall be void if the specified half is not completed.

17.15.4 In handicap betting, a tie price will usually be quoted and if the game is a draw on the handicap, then bets on each team shall be losers.

17.15.5 In the event of a change of venue, bets shall stand providing the change isn’t to the opponent’s ground. In this instance bets shall be void. In the event of a change of opponent from the one advertised, all bets for that match are void.

17.15.6 If the team names or category are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void betting.

17.15.7 In bets involving total tries/points, penalty tries count.

17.16 Rugby Union

17.16.1 All full-time markets, including Live Betting, shall be settled on the final result at the end of normal time (80 (eighty) minutes). Extra-time does not count for full-time markets, unless otherwise stated. This includes any added injury or stoppage time but does not include extra-time, time allocated for a penalty shootout or sudden death. Rugby Sevens markets will be settled at the end of normal time (usually 14 (fourteen) or 20 (twenty) minutes). Extra-time does not count for full-time Rugby Sevens markets.

17.16.2 If a match is postponed, suspended or abandoned and not resumed within 48 (forty-eight) hours of the scheduled start time then all bets are considered void, except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined. Bets shall also be considered valid if an official result is declared by the relevant governing body.

17.16.3 First Half markets refer to the result of the first half only. All bets shall be void if the specified half is not completed.

17.16.4 In handicap betting, a tie price will generally be quoted and if the game is a draw on the handicap, then bets on each team shall be losers.

17.16.5 In the event of a change of venue, bets shall stand providing the change isn’t to the opponent’s ground. In this instance bets shall be void. In the event of a change of opponent from the one advertised, all bets for that match are void. If the team names or category are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void betting.

17.16.6 In bets involving total tries/points, penalty tries count.

17.16.7 For both codes of Rugby specifically for Live Betting the following will apply. If the market remains open when the following events have already taken place: score changes or red cards, we reserve the right to void betting. If the market was opened with a missing or incorrect red card, we reserve the right to void betting. If odds were offered with an incorrect match time (more than 2 (two) minutes), we reserve the right to void betting.

17.17 Snooker and Pool

17.17.1 Moneyline and handicap markets refer to the winner of the match. Over/under and odd/even markets are based on the number of frames/racks (unless otherwise stated).

17.17.2 If a player does not start a tournament or match then all bets on that player shall be void.

17.17.3 If a match starts but is not completed then all bets are considered void, except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined.

17.17.4 In the event of a league match starting but not being completed frame betting shall be void but outright betting shall be settled on the official competition rules.

17.17.5 If a match is postponed all bets shall be void unless the match is re-scheduled within 24 (twenty-four) hours of the original start time.

17.17.6 In the case of a retirement of a player or disqualification all undecided markets are considered void.

17.17.7 In the case of a re-rack settlement stays if the outcome was determined before the re-rack.

17.17.8 No fouls or free balls are considered for settlement of any potted-colour market.

17.17.9 In case of a frame starting but not being completed, all frame related markets will be voided unless the outcome has already been determined.

17.17.10 If the players/teams are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void betting.

17.18 Soccer

17.18.1 Where matches are scheduled for play other than regular 90 (ninety) minutes play (e.g. Under 17 (seventeen) Tournaments or special time periods of play on various tournaments or friendly matches) all bets shall be settled at the end of that scheduled time.

17.18.2 Where less than regular time is played, the Company reserves the right to suspend settlement of all bets pending the official result of that match.

17.18.3 Unless non regular time matches are expressly indicated on the website prior to a soccer matches, bets taken on such matches shall be void.

17.18.4 If a soccer match is postponed, unplayed, or is abandoned or suspended and not resumed within 48 (forty-eight) hours from the scheduled commencement time (and the Venue remains the same), then the match is void (irrespective of any official decision to honour the result). The outcome of all bets on abandoned/suspended matches is at the sole discretion of the Company; however bets shall stand on any market where the outcome is already decided. A match that is moved to accommodate TV schedules (i.e. from Saturday at 3pm to Sunday at 4pm) shall not be treated as a postponed match for the purposes of this rule and all bets shall stand.

17.18.5 First Half Betting applies to first half play only. If a match is abandoned during the first half then all bets are void. If a match is abandoned during the second half then all first half bets shall remain valid.

17.18.6 The Company provides information (e.g. neutral ground, Red card, timer, statistical information, dates, commencement, etc.) as a service and accepts no liability whatsoever in the case of any error. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of the correct information for any match.

17.18.7 Unless otherwise stated, if a match is scheduled to be played on neutral ground but is actually played on a non-neutral pitch or vice versa, all bets shall be valid. In the event of a change of venue (home team plays away or vice versa), all bets on the match shall be void. Bets shall also be void if the home and away team names are wrongly stated in reverse (home team is always listed first).

17.18.8 For Live Betting, bet placement is allowed up to the ninetieth minute in addition to any injury time added, until full time for most games (at the discretion of the Company). Any actions other than the ones mentioned in the clause, shall be considered Safe Play and thus all pending bets placed may be considered for acceptance: Play in or around the penalty spot area; a penalty; and free-kicks deemed by the Company as dangerous and offer the possibility of a goal may result in suspension of all markets.

17.18.9 For Live Betting, all pending bets shall be automatically rejected as of the moment the referee ends the match in half time and/or full time.

17.18.10 If the market remains open when the following events have already taken place: goals, red or yellow-red cards and penalties, we reserve the right to void betting. If the market was opened with a missing or incorrect red card, we reserve the right to void betting. If odds were offered with an incorrect match time (more than 5 (five) minutes) we reserve the right to void betting. If a wrong score is entered, all markets shall be cancelled for the time when the incorrect score was displayed.

17.18.11 All odds are subject to fluctuation and are based on the result at the end of 90 (ninety) minutes regular time play (except half time, first half markets, overtime and penalty shootout). Markets are based on the result at the end of a scheduled 90 (ninety) minutes play unless otherwise stated. This includes any added injury or stoppage time but does not include extra-time, time allocated for a penalty shootout or golden goal. Occasionally prices will be offered to qualify (outright) in addition to 90 (ninety) minute prices.

17.18.12 If the team names or category are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void betting. If a team plays a different opponent to the one listed that selection shall be void.

17.19 Soccer Markets

17.19.1 There are various markets in Soccer that warrant their own individual Rules:

17.19.1.1 Goalscorers

•  Bets apply to regular time only. Own goals are (based on official authority) omitted or count as “No GoalScorer” if the game has only ‘own goals’. If for any reason an unlisted player scores a goal all bets on listed players stand.
•  Bets on First GoalScorer shall be void if a player never plays or comes on the pitch after the first goal of the game has been scored, except in the case of an own goal, which is ignored. All players who took part in the match since kick off (or previous goal in the case of Next GoalScorer) are considered as runners.
•  Bets on Last or Next GoalScorer shall be void if a player never plays. Player to score Last Goal applies for any player, whatever the time he entered the game. Bets on Anytime GoalScorer, apply to any player involved in the game, regardless of the time they enter the game. Bets on Anytime GoalScorer shall be void if the player takes no part in the Match.

17.19.1.2 Booking Markets

•  A yellow card counts as one card. A red card counts as two cards. If a player gets one yellow plus a second yellow and subsequently a red card – this counts as three cards overall. As a result, a player cannot receive more than 3 (three) cards in a match. Settlement will be based on all available card data that appears during the regular playing time of an event. Cards shown after the final whistle will not be taken into consideration. Cards for non-playing participants (including Players that have already been replaced, coaches, Managers, players on the bench who have not taken part in the match) are not taken into consideration.

17.19.1.3 Booking Markets including Points

•  A yellow card counts as 10 (ten) points and any red or second yellow/red card as 25 (twenty-five) points. The second yellow for a player that leads to a red card is not counted. As a result, a player cannot receive more than 35 (thirty-five) points per match. Settlement will be based on all available card data that appears during the regular playing time of an event. Cards shown after the final whistle will not be taken into consideration. Cards for non-playing participants (including players that have already been replaced, coaches, managers, players on the bench who have not taken part in the match) are not taken into consideration.

17.19.1.4 Corners

•  Corners won but not taken do not count for market settlement. A corner is counted for settlement of bets only in the case it is executed.

17.20.6 In the case of a match not being finished all undecided markets are considered void.

17.20.7 If the players/teams are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void betting.

17.21 Tennis

17.21.1 Moneyline markets refer to the winner of the match or specified set. Handicap markets are based either on sets or games (please refer to market title); over/under and odd/even markets are based on games (unless otherwise stated).

17.21.2 If a player does not start a tournament (outright betting) then all bets on that player shall be lost. In the case of match betting, then all bets on that player shall be void.

17.21.3 If a player (or pairing) retires or is disqualified during a match then all bets shall be void, except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined.

17.21.4 If a match is postponed or suspended then all bets shall remain valid if the match is completed.

17.21.5 All bets shall remain valid regardless of any change of venue or court surface (including moving matches from outdoor to indoor courts or vice versa). In the event of any delay (rain, darkness, etc.) all markets shall remain unsettled and any Live trading shall be continued as soon as the match continues.

17.21.6 If the scheduled number of sets required to win a match is changed from that originally scheduled then all bets shall be void, except for those that have been unconditionally determined and the match result.

17.21.7 First set winner (second, third set winner etc.) refers to the result of the specified set. All bets shall be void if the specified set is not completed. In all cases where a match is finished before certain points/games were finished, all affected point/game related markets are considered void.

17.21.8 Game winner markets refer to the winner of a specific game, e.g. Set 1 Game 1; Set 1 Game 2 etc. Should there be a retirement/disqualification during an incomplete game then all bets shall be void. If a game is completed by the Umpire awarding a ‘penalty game’ then all bets on that game shall be void (though if the game is completed by the Umpire awarding a ‘penalty point’ then all bets shall remain valid). If a game is suspended then all bets shall remain valid if the game is completed within 24 (twenty-four) hours.

17.21.9 If a match is decided by a match tie-break then it shall be treated as the third set. Every tie-break or match tie-break counts as 1 game.

17.21.10 If penalty point(s) are awarded by the umpire, all bets on that game shall stand.

17.21.11 If the players/teams are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void betting.

17.22 Volleyball and Beach Volleyball

17.22.1 Moneyline markets refer to the winner of the match or specified set. Handicap markets are based on either sets or points (please refer to market title); over/under and odd/even markets are based on points (unless otherwise stated). Bets are settled on the official result.

17.22.2 If a team does not start a tournament or match then all bets on that team shall be void.

17.22.3 If a team retires or is disqualified during a match then all bets shall be void, except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined.

17.22.4 If a match is postponed or suspended then all bets shall remain valid if the match resumes before the 48 (forty-eight) hour expiration (bets where a winning market has already been established will never be void). With the exception of Olympic Games and World Championships events, bets stand provided it is rescheduled before the closing ceremony.

17.22.5 First Set Winner (Second, Third Set Winner etc.) refers to the result of the specified set. All bets shall be void if the specified set is not completed.

17.22.6 Golden set is not considered in any of the mentioned markets.

17.22.7 Unless odds are quoted for the tie in the event of tie any means used by the official body to determine the winner shall count for settlement purposes.

17.23 Water Polo

17.23.1 All full-time markets, including Live Betting, shall be settled on the final result at the end of normal time (four quarters). Extra-time and shoot-outs do not count for full-time markets.

17.23.2 If a match is postponed, suspended or abandoned and not resumed within twelve hours of the scheduled start time then all bets are considered void, except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined. Bets shall also be considered valid if an official result is declared by the relevant governing body.

17.23.3 First Half markets refer to the result of the first and second quarters. All bets shall be void if the specified half is not completed.

17.24 ММА

17.24.1 Round Group Betting and Winner (Fighter X):

 You have to predict the winner of the match and in which round group will be For betting purposes betting on rounds or groups of rounds is for a fighter to win by KO (Knockout), TKO (Technical Knockout) or disqualification during that round or group of rounds.

 In the event of a Technical Decision before the end of the fight all bets shall be settled as a win by Decision.

17.24.2 Draw is scorecard draw. Technical Draw is if the referee stops the fight before the start of the 5th round, for any reason other than Knockout, Technical Knockout or disqualification. In the event of a fight being declared a No Contest all bets shall be void and stakes returned.

 In the event of a fighter retiring on his stool between Rounds e.g. 9 and 10, it shall count as Round 9 for settlement purposes i.e. the last fully completed round.

17.25 BIATHLON / ATHLETICS

17.25.1 Outrights

•  Winner : You predict that the selected player shall be the winner of the tournament/event.
•  H2H: You have to predict which of the two players specified in the bet will achieve the best position in the tournament/event. In case of both players either retiring or being disqualified at the same stage of the competition this bet typology shall be deemed void.

18.1 Upon the Free Bet being credited, it shall be visible in your account under the section titled “Betslip”.

18.2 If not utilised within 3 days, the Free Bet amount shall expire, and such amount together with all resulting winnings shall be voided.

18.3 Any Free Bet must be wagered in full and may only be used on the following bet types: single or multiple.

18.4 In the event that the Free Bet is settled as a winning bet, only the winnings shall be credited to your account. The Free Bet stake itself shall not be returned together with the winnings.

18.5 Free Bets placed on selections that are declared void shall be re-credited to the account.
